'Energy Dashboard' is a website / web app designed to help users think about and understand how and when electricity is generated in Great Britain (GB) and the environmental impact resulting from this generation.

'Anonymised' means identifying particulars or details have been removed and not included.

This privacy disclaimer applies to the Energy Dashboard website only. Links within this site to other websites are not covered by these guidelines. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or the monitoring of content for those sites and therefore we take no responsibility once you leave our domain name 'energydashboard.co.uk'. Linking to other websites from our site does not necessarily imply endorsement on the part of Energy Dashboard.

You do not have to request permission to link to our website via hyperlinks. You must however request permission to use any of our content (including screengrabs or photographs) or publicly display our website or logos.

Energy Dashboard does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII), however if you allow analytical / performance cookies via the cookies banner or settings, you consent to Google Analytics collecting data. This includes information about your computer, your connection to the internet e.g. operating system and platform, IP address, pages you have visited and timings of browsing on the site. Some of this data is considered 'personal data' under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), as it extends to persistant online identifiers like IP address and cookie identifiers.

When Google Analytics has been consented to, Google operates as the data processor and holds data on their servers. Energy Dashbooard is the data controller.
